My goal is to lose weight. Can you help me?

This is what I do best. I specialise in fat-loss and building lean muscle.

Do you provide support for specific dietary restrictions?

Yes, plans accommodate all dietary preferences.

What exercise classes do you offer?

We don't. All offerings are currently on a 1-1 basis, including 1-1 Personal Training and Personalised Workout Routines individually customised for you.

Do I need to be a member of a gym to start?

No! I provide gym and home-based programs and will advise you on what will be best for you in your assessment. The aim is to make the process seamless and we will always aim to work from where you are.

About Me

I wasn’t naturally someone who gravitated towards fitness or sport. I didn’t lift, I didn’t follow routines, and although I thought I was eating healthy, I soon realised I wasn’t doing any of it right. My journey started with a simple goal: if I could just eat a little better, lose a bit of weight, and begin to feel strong and confident, I would be happy.

Over time, that goal evolved. Through learning to train with purpose, I discovered that fitness isn’t just about short-term results, it can be a sustainable lifestyle with ALL YEAR ROUND results. As a qualified accountant, I thrive on systems, structure, and routines, and I now build fitness frameworks that fit life, not the other way around.

I work with women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond who skipped strength training, don’t yet realise its benefits, or feel intimidated to start. Many believe it’s impossible to fit fitness into already busy lives, but I’m here to show them it’s achievable: strength, health, and confidence can coexist with a full life.
